Bato, Camarines Sur --- Three separate
complaints were filed by Bato MPS against the 3 suspects identified as Arnel Francia
y Gratil, 38 y/o; 2. Joseph Michael
Angelo Hernandez y Pesebre, 25 y/o and 3.
Jonathan Platilla y Intia, 38 y/o, all resident of San Rafael, Bato,
Camarines Sur above- thru inquest proceeding for violation of Sec. 11, Sec. 12,
and Sec. 15, all of Article II of R.A. 9165 known as the Dangerous Drug Act of
2002 before the Provincial Prosecution Office, Naga City with its corresponding
Inquest No. V-10-INQ-15A-0005, V-10-INQ-15A-0006, and V-10-INQ-15A-0007. Bail
recommended is Php 200,000.00, Php 40,000.00, and 2,000.00 respectively for
each respondent, and same was filed at about 9:50 AM of January 10, 2015 before
the Regional Trial Court, Iriga City under Crim. Case No. 10811, 10812, and
10813. The incident transpired at about 2:15 PM of January 7, 2015 wherein a team
led by Police Inspector Margarito AlbaƱo Manaog, Dep Chief of Police of Bato
MPS conducted verification in connection with the information received about a Pot
Session in progress in the vicinity of Bato Catholic Cemetery particularly
inside the Oreta Mausoleum, situated in Zone 4, Brgy. San Rafael, Bato Cam Sur,
that resulted to the arrests of the suspects who were caught in the act on
using suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride known as shabu,
seized/confiscated from their possession and control were the following items:
1. One small plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as
methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as shabu; 2. Eleven (11) Pieces of opened transparent plastic sachets each
containing traces of methamphetamine hydrochloride known as shabu; 3. Twelve
(12) pieces of cut aluminum foil; 4. Five (5) pieces of
improvise aluminum foil; and 5. Three (3) Pieces of disposable
lighter. Said station conducted orderly searched, inventory and markings in
the presence of two (2) Barangay Officials###(Bato MPS)
