Arrest of # 4 Most Wanted Person of Tinambac

Lagonoy, Camarines Sur --- Joint PNP personnel of Lagonoy Police Station led by PO3 Crito P Bermas Jr, and Tinambac PS led by SPO1 John Francis Madrigal arrested # 4 wanted person identified as Reynaldo Solo y Salvador 51 years old, widower, a resident of Bgy. Agay-ayan, Tinambac, Cam Sur, at about 2:00 PM of January 28, 2015, in Bgy. Map-id, Lagonoy Cam. Sur, by virtue of two (2) warrant of arrests issued by Judge Pedro M Redona of RTC Branch 63 Calabanga Cam Sur for Viol.of PD1613 (Simple Arson) with no bail recommended and for Viol. PD No. 705 as amended by EO No. 277 and Renumbered by RA 7161”Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines” with bail recommended fixed at ( Php 30,000) thirty thousand  pesos for his temporary liberty. Arrested person is rank No. 4 in MMWP in Tinambac, Camarines Sur and is under the custody of Tinambac MPS for proper disposition###( Tinambac  MPS)

Bula, Camarines Sur --- PNP personnel of Bula MPS led by P03 Jeson Max F Barcenas, arrested wanted person identified as Ardel Sibal Y Tadeo, 27 yrs old, single, at his residence in zone 2, Sto. Domingo, Bula, Cam Sur, at about 1:30 PM January 28, 2015, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Maria Gracia Pascual Valenciano of MTC Pili, Cam Sur, dated December 16, 2014 for theft with bail recommended amounting Php 10,000.00. Accused is under the custody of Bula MPS for proper disposition###(Bula MPS)

San Jose, Camarines Sur --- PNP personnel of San Jose MPS led by SPO3 Alfredo B Sanoy, arrested wanted person identified as Mare Grace Cilo Cilo y Concina, 34 yrs old, married, a public school teacher, at his residence in resident in Zone 5, Brgy Salogon, of this town, at about 3:50 PM of January 28, 2015 by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Other Deceit, dated November 17, 2014, issued by Judge Maria Gracia P Valenciano of MTC, PIli, Cam Sur, with bail recommended of Php 1,000.00. Accused is under the custody of San Jose MPS for proper disposition###(San Jose MPS)

Abandoned Lumber recovered in Del Gallego

Del Gallego, Camarines Sur --- A team of Del Gallego MPS led by PSI Ariel Pregonero Blanco, ACOP, proceeded to Brgy Mabini of this town, at about 8:00 AM on 28 January 2015 and conducted Barangay Visitation and Anti-Illegal Logging operations and at about 9:30 AM same date, Brgy Kagawad Honorio U. Ilagan of said Brgy turned-over to the team, assorted pieces of illegally cut lumber to wit: (Twelve (12) pcs. 2x3x8, Eight pcs. 2x8x8 and Ten (10) pcs. 4x4x7) believed to be abandoned by unidentified person/s sensing the enforcers in the area###( Del Gallego MPS)

3 caught plying illegal card game

Tigaon, Camarines Sur --- PNP personnel of Tigaon MPS led by PCI Samuel De Asis Villamer, ACOP, arrested 3 suspected illegal gamblers, at about 10:15 AM January 28, 2015 in Crossing, Bgy San Rafael of this town. The 3 suspects were identified as: Tirso Siso y Roma, 63 years old, married, of Bgy San Rafael;  Eddie Perido y Baturiano, 48 years old, married, of Sitio Caligawan, San Rafael, both of this town; and Billy Teoxon y Villa Villa, 25 yrs old, single, of Salogon, San Jose, Camarines Sur, who were caught in flagrante delicto while engaged in illegal gambling activity commonly known as “Tong-Its”. Recovered from their position, control and custody were 52 pieces plastic playing cards and One Hundred Forty Six pesos (Php 146.00), Philippine currency. Tigaon MPS is preparing appropriate charges of Violation of PD 1602 “Prescribing Stiffer Penalties on Illegal Gambling’ against the 3 suspects###(Tigaon MPS) 

3 Cattle Rustlers nabbed in Pili

Pili, Camarines Sur --- PNP personnel of Pili MPS led PO3 Arnel L. Preconcillo, arrested 3 wanted persons identified as Christian Bañares y Nacario, 35 yrs old, married; Loreto Valenzuela y Abad, 50 yrs old, married and Domingo Villaflor y Marmol, 44 yrs old, married, at their residents in Brgy. San Agustin, Pili, Cam Sur, at about 08:50 AM of January 28, 2015,by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of P.D. 533 (anti-cattle rustling Law)  issued by Judge Jose C. Sarcilla of RTC, Br 31, Pili, Cam Sur dated January 16, 2015, with  Bail recommended  fixed at Thirty six Thousand pesos (36,000.00) each. Accused are under the custody of Pili MPS for proper disposition###(Pili MPS)

Two dead in hacking incident in Camarines Sur

Pili, Camarines Sur --- A hacking incident transpired at about 12:10PM January 28, 2015 in Zone 5, Sagurong, of this town, wherein suspect identified as Francisco Orquita y Sebuguero, 78 yrs old, married a resident of same place, violently approaches his brother Justino Orquita and withdrew his bolo on his back. His brother scampered for safety but the suspect attacked also his sister Rafaela Zamora y Orquita, 75 yrs old, married, of same place, while onboard a tricycle and stabbed her on the different parts of her body causing her to sustained injuries. After attacking her, suspect left and look for the whereabouts of his brother Justino. Victim (Rafaela) was rushed to Mother Seton Hospital but declared dead upon arrival thereat. Pili MPS conducted follow up investigation and preparing appropriate against the suspect###( Pili MPS)

San Jose, Camarines Sur --- A hacking incident transpired in Zone 1, Bgy Tagas, San Jose, Cam Sur, at about 6:00 AM of January 28, 2015, wherein victim identified as Dionisio Botial y Clarianes, 54 yrs old, married, Bgy Tanod, resident of same place, while standing in front of his shanty house when the suspect identified as Silvestre Villalon y Botial, aka “Jay Ar”, 27 yrs old, married, also of same place, arrived armed with a bolo and came nearer to the victim and without any hesitation, hacked the victim’s arms but the victim managed to run in the ricefield but unluckily the victim slip and fell on the ground then hacked again by the suspect for several times to death. Motive was an old grudge/misunderstanding between the suspect and victim prior to this incident. San Jose MPS is now preparing appropriate charges against the suspect###(San Jose MPS)

2 riders died in motorcycle accident in Camarines Sur

Nabua, Camarines Sur --- 2 motorcycle riders had a head on collision while driving on opposite direction along the provincial road of Brgy Sto Domingo of this town, at about 6:00 PM of January 28, 2015. The two sustain fatal injuries and were rushed to Rinconada Medical Center (RMC) Sta Elena Baras of this town, but were both pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending physician. According to Nabua PNP, while driver of Honda Wave motorcycle, plate # EH 5790, identified as Mario Esplago y Orcine, of legal age, a resident of Z-6 Brgy La Purisima, was traversing from Nabua Town Proper with backrider, enroute to Brgy La Purisima, when overtook a parked jeepney, and accidentally bumped a passing Honda TMX 155 motorcycle, with temporary plate # 052408, driven by Jose Balindan y Peñaflor, of legal age, a resident of Brgy San Roque Madawon Nabua, Cam Sur coming from the opposite direction. As a result, both drivers and backriders namely: Santy Luzon y Esplago and Gerald Gabarda y San Buenaventura, both of legal age sustained physical injuries to the different parts of their bodies, and were rushed to Rinconada Medical Center (RMC) for medical treatment, but unfortunately, the 2 drivers died at said hospital. Lagonoy PNP intercepted 3 illegal loggers in early dawn operation

Lagonoy, Camarines Sur --- Lagonoy Police Station, under the direct supervision of Police Chief Inspector Rolito Ulvida Orosco, Office in Charge, arrested three (3) illegal loggers in their town’s campaign against illegal logging. The team of PO3 Arturo M. Amata, while conducting mobile patrol, in the early dawn of January 27, 2015, at about 3:45 AM, within their area of jurisdiction, were able to intercept a pedicab in Brgy. San Rafael, of this town, loaded with nine (9) pcs. of good lumber, cut in different sizes with estimated market value of more or less Php 4, 500, with driver identified as Mark Aljon Guinto y Garrado, 22 yrs old, married, of Brgy. Sta. Maria with companion Ruel Saboco y Cervantes, 23 yrs old, married, of Brgy. Binanuahan, both of this town. Meanwhile, at about 4:00 AM of same date, same team made another apprehension in Brgy. Dahat, of this town, when they were able to intercept ten (10) sacks of wood charcoals and a processed lumber with an estimated market value of more or less P 2,000.00, loaded on an unregistered top down motorcycle, and being driven by John Harold Caraga y Bolante, 21 yrs old, married without driver’s license, of Brgy. Himagtocon, also of this town. All confiscated lumbers, pedicab, wood charcoals, the top down motorcycle and the arrested persons are in the custody of Lagonoy PS for filing appropriate charges of Violation of PD 705 705 "Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines." Arrests of Wanted Persons w/ ranked # 10 of Cabusao and confiscation of Caliber .38 revolver in Tinambac, Cam Sur

Cabusao, Camarines Sur --- PNP personnel of Cabusao MPS led by PO2 Pruly C Delos Santos, arrested a wanted person identified as Marvin Candelaria y Gonzales, 32 yrs old, single, resident of Bgy Barcelonita, at about 9:00 A.M of January 13, 2015, in New Poblacion, both of Cabusao, Cam Sur, by Virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Lore R. Valencia-Bagalacsa of RTC Br. 56, Libmanan, Cam Sur dated September 7, 2004  for Frustrated Homicide with Php 24,000.00 Bail recommended. The Accused was tag as # 10 Municipal Most Wanted Person of Cabuasao, Cam Sur and is in the custody of Cabusao MPS for proper disposition###(Cabusao MPS)

Tinambac, Camarines Sur --- PNP Personnel of Tinambac MPS led by Police Chief Inspector Noel Pauyo Aquino, Officer in Charge, arrested a 2 wanted persons identified as Julito Laboy y Clabe aka “Fermin”, 35 yrs old, married and Angelo Laboy y Morandarte, 19 yrs old, single at their residence in Sitio Capinganan, Bgy Buyo, Tinambac, Cam Sur, at about 5:00 AM of January 13, 2015, for their failure to appear the scheduled arraignment on March 14, 2014, issued by Judge Ma. Christine Imperial Bernarte, of MTC, Calabanga, Cam Sur for Grave threats with Php 2,000.00 bail recommended each. During the arrest, recovered from the possession and control of Julito Laboy y Clabe aka “Fermin”, a caliber .38 revolver, with no trade mark and serial number loaded with 5 live ammunitions. The accused were brought Tinambac MPS for booking prior turn over to the court of origin and another charge for violation of RA 10591 “Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act”  is being prepared against Julito Laboy y Clabe aka “Fermin” for filing in court.###(Tinambac MPS)

Goa, Camarines Sur --- PNP personnel of Goa MPS led by Police Chief Inspector Chito Mulasgo Oyardo, Acting Chief of Police arrested a wanted person identified as  Edison Napase y Mabasa, 24 yrs old, single at his residence in Brgy. Salog, Goa, Cam Sur, at about 11:10 AM of January 13, 2015, by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Ramon V Efondo ofMTC, Goa, Cam Sur, for of Violation of PD 1602 “Prescribing Stiffer Penalties on Illegal Gambling”  dated December 22, 2014 with Php 10, 000.00 bail recommended. The accused was brought Goa MPS for booking prior turn over to the court of origin###(Goa MPS)

Tinambac, Camarines Sur ---PNP personnel of Tinambac MPS led by,SPO1 Albert L Rivero arrested a wanted person identified as  Ruel Baloloy y Dizon, 36 yrs old, married at his residence in Brgy San Antonio, Tinambac, Cam Sur, at about 12:30 PM of January 13, 2015, by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Pedro M. Redona of RTC, Br. 63, Calabanga, Cam Sur, for viol. of SEC. 5(A) of R.A. 9262, "Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004". (Physical Abuse) dated January 23,2014, with Php 12,000.00 bail recommended. The accused was brought to Tinambac MPS for booking prior turn over to the court of origin###(Tinambac MPS).

Calabanga, Camarines Sur ----- PNP Personnel of Calabanga MPS led by PO2 Danilo P Encila arrested a wanted person identified as John Michael Burce y Nillo, 25 yrs old, single at his residence in Zone 5, Brgy Sabang, Calabanga, Cam Sur, at about 10:15 AM of January 12, 2015, by virtue of order of arrest issued by Judge Ma. Christine Imperial Bernarte, of MTC, Calabanga, Cam Sur dated December 3, 2014, for Violation of Municipal Ordinance. Accused was brought to Calabanga MPS for booking prior turn over to the court of origin###(Calabanga MPS)

Magarao, Camarines Sur --- PNP personnel of Magarao MPS led by PO3 Ricky C. Malle, arrested a wanted person identified as Lorenzo San Andres y Villania, 34 yrs old, single at his residence in Brgy Sta Lucia, Magarao, Cam Sur, at about 10:00 AM January 13, 2015, virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jose Nacional of MCTC Branch 1 for violation of Section 147 (18), Municipal Ordinance # 2001-086 dated August 17, 2006 with Bail Php 500.00.  The accused was brought Magarao MPS for booking prior turn over to the court of origin###( Magarao MPS)

Lady drug courier caught in Camarines Sur

Pamplona, Camarines Sur -- Joint operatives of Regn’l Intelligence Division (RID5) led by Police Senior Inspector Andrew J Alcomendas, Cam Sur Prov’l Public Safety Coy (CSPPSC) and Prov’l Intelligence Branch (CSPPO-PIB) and Pamplona MPS led by Police Senior Inspector Joel SJ Sabuco, Acting Chief of Police, conducted checkpoint at Brgy Tambo, Pamplona, Camarines Sur and flagged down a Raymund bus with plate Nr. DVN 818 that resulted in the arrest of the suspect Ma. Fe Mendoza y Abong, 37 years old, married, resident of Brgy Darasa Tanauan City, Batangas who was seated and found on her possession and control, (ten) 10 pcs medium plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected as “Shabu” placed on a diaper inside her bag. Said search was witnessed by the bus driver and conductor and other passengers of the bus. Suspect was apprised of her constitutional rights and was brought to Pamplona MPS for proper disposition. Pamplona MPS is now preparing appropriate charge of Violation of RA 9165 "Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002". against the suspect for filling in court###(Pamplona MPS)

Drug charges filed against 3 men caught in Bato, Camarines Sur

Bato, Camarines Sur --- Three separate complaints were filed by Bato MPS against the 3 suspects identified as Arnel Francia y Gratil, 38 y/o; 2. Joseph Michael Angelo Hernandez y Pesebre, 25 y/o and 3. Jonathan Platilla y Intia, 38 y/o, all resident of San Rafael, Bato, Camarines Sur above- thru inquest proceeding for violation of Sec. 11, Sec. 12, and Sec. 15, all of Article II of R.A. 9165 known as the Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 before the Provincial Prosecution Office, Naga City with its corresponding Inquest No. V-10-INQ-15A-0005, V-10-INQ-15A-0006, and V-10-INQ-15A-0007. Bail recommended is Php 200,000.00, Php 40,000.00, and 2,000.00 respectively for each respondent, and same was filed at about 9:50 AM of January 10, 2015 before the Regional Trial Court, Iriga City under Crim. Case No. 10811, 10812, and 10813. The incident transpired at about 2:15 PM of January 7, 2015 wherein a team led by Police Inspector Margarito Albaño Manaog, Dep Chief of Police of Bato MPS conducted verification in connection with the information received about a Pot Session in progress in the vicinity of Bato Catholic Cemetery particularly inside the Oreta Mausoleum, situated in Zone 4, Brgy. San Rafael, Bato Cam Sur, that resulted to the arrests of the suspects who were caught in the act on using suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride known as shabu, seized/confiscated from their possession and control were the following items: 1. One small plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as shabu; 2. Eleven (11) Pieces of opened transparent plastic sachets each containing traces of methamphetamine hydrochloride known as shabu; 3. Twelve (12) pieces of cut aluminum foil; 4. Five (5) pieces of improvise aluminum foil; and 5. Three (3) Pieces of disposable lighter. Said station conducted orderly searched, inventory and markings in the presence of two (2) Barangay Officials###(Bato MPS)

Nabua, Camarines Sur --- PNP personnel of Nabua MPS led by P03 Ariel R Parañal, arrested a wanted person identified as Elmer Velitario y Luzon, 55 yrs old, married, a resident of San Antonio Ogbon, at about 10:00 A.M. of January 12, 2015 in  Brgy. San Juan, both of Nabua, Cam Sur, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of Sec. 10(a) in relation to Sec. 3(b)(1) of R.A. 7610 "Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act."  issued by Judge Salve Eva Q. Villareal Dimabayao of RTC Br 35, Iriga City dated December 16, 2014 with Php 60,000.00 pesos bail recommended. Accused is under the custody of Nabua MPS for proper disposition##( Nabua MPS)

Caramoan, Camarines Sur --- PNP personnel of Caramoan MPS led by Police Senior Inspector Augusto Archivido Manila, Officer in Charge, arrested a wanted person identified as Edgar Dino y Sarmiento  43 yrs old , married, at his residence in Bgy Cadong ,Caramoan, Cam Sur. at about 3:00PM January  12, 2015, by virtue of warrant of arrest for Illegal Possession of deadly weapon, with  bail recommended  of 2,000.00 pesos  issued by presiding Judge. Orlando A. Martizano  of MTC, Caramoan dated April 1,2005. Accused is under the custody of Caramoan MPS for proper disposition###( Caramoan MPS)

Awa arrested a wanted person identified as Emerson Ponesto y Bagalacsa, 24 yrs old, single at his residence in Balogo St., Santigo, Iriga City, at about 5:00 PM January 12, 2015, by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for violation of RA No. 7610 "Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act", dated November 19, 2014, issued by Judge Salve Eva Q. Villareal-Dimabayao of RTC Branch 35, Iriga City with bail recommended fixed to Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (Php 24, 000.00). Ocampo, Camarines Sur --- PNP personnel of Ocampo MPS under supervision of Police Chief Inspector Gilbert E Remo, Acting Chief of Police, arrested wanted persons identified as Ronnie Peñola y Pagao, Willie Peñola y Prilla and Roger Gonzales y Reyes, all of legal age, at their  residence in Brgy Old Moriones, Ocampo, Cam Sur, at about 9:30 AM of Januaury 11, 2015, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge. Vivencio Gregorio C. Atutubo III, RTC5 Br 32, Pili, Cam. Sur dated December 9, 2014 for Frustrated Homicide, with bail bond recommended of Twenty four thousand pesos (Php 24,000.00). All accused are under the custody of Ocampo MPS for proper disposition###(Ocampo MPS).

San Juan-Loquillano of RTC Br 10, Legazpi City dated October 21, 2014 for of Estafa with Forty thousand Pesos (Php 40,000.00) bail bond recommended.
