2 robbers, nab in Quezon province, seizing FA’s,“Shabu”, stolen motorcycles


Ragay, Camarines Sur --- The Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO) under the supervision of POLICE SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT WALFREDO GUIMPAYA PORNILLOS, OIC, incessant effort in neutralizing criminality, zeroing on criminal groups involved in robbery hold-up, arrested two suspected robbers yesterday, April 9, 2015, while in hot pursuit operation in Quezon province.

The two suspected robbers were identified as Romeo Bardagoza y Eripol (in the photo), 28 yrs old, and Reymark Brozola y Managad (in the photo) 18 yrs old, both single, and residents of Bgy. GRS, Ragay, Cam Sur, were arrested by PNP operatives of Ragay MPS led by Police Inspector Jorgelito Bergonio Alforte, OIC, during a hot pursuit operation relative to the robbery incident that transpired last 11:00 AM of April 7, 2015 in Bgy. Port Junction Sur, of this town. The victim, identified as Avtar Malhi y Singh, an Indian National, while on his way home from his “loan shark” business, was flagged-down at gunpoint, by three malefactors wearing helmets, bonnets, and riding in two getaway motorcycles without Plate # and carting away cash money of One Thousand Five Hundred (1,500.00) pesos and his riding motorcycle Honda XRM color black silver with temporary Plate No. 052410 (in the photo). The 3 suspects fled to the northern parts of the highway.

According to PI Alforte, Bardagoza was nabbed in Bgy. Sta. Maria, Calauag, Quezon at about 11:00 AM, and while on follow-up operation, arrested Brozola in Tagkawayan, Quezon at about 1:30 PM of April 9, 2015,

Confiscated from Bardagoza were a cal. 38 revolver w/out Serial No. with 2 live  ammos and, an improvised 12 gauge pistol with one live ammounition for the same caliber; and one plastic sachet containing  suspected “Shabu”, while from Brozola were a cal .22 revolver with 5 live ammos for the same caliber and the stolen motorcycle Honda XRM which was forcibly taken from the victim  was also recovered from the suspects.










Appropriate criminal charges of Robbery, violation of RA 9165 "Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002". and RA 10591 “Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act”. are being prepared by Ragay MPS against the two suspects for filing in court###(CSPPO-PIO)
