Fire incident at Milaor, Cam Sur
Milaor,
Camarines Sur --- At about 10:30 p.m. of January 18, 2014 at Zone 1,
Brgy Del Rosario, Milaor, Camarines Sur a team of Milaor MPS led by PO3
Manolito B Zamudio conducted investigation to a reported fire incident and disclosed
that a fire occurred inside the residence of Estilita Avinido-David, 94 yrs
old, widow, of said place who was caught by fire and was trapped and burnt to
death inside her room. The fire emanated from a candle that was left by the
victim and was declared fire out at about 10:45 p.m. of same date by the Milaor
Municipal Fire Station with minimal damaged. Milaor MPS extended assistance to
the municipal fire personnel and cordoned the area. This case is being handled
by the Milaor Fire Station (BFP) (Milaor MPS).

Found
dead person at Nabua, Cam Sur
Nabua,
Camarines Sur ---- At about 7:55AM of January 19, 2014, Brgy.
Capt Marvic Domagsang, of Brgy. Aro-aldow, Nabua, Cam Sur reported that there
was a found dead person at their barangay. Investigation conducted by Nabua MPS
disclosed that at about 7:00AM of this date, Walter Quiaño y Pastoral 42 yrs
old, married, of same address, revealed that while he was about to disposed
their garbage near the river, he saw the lifeless body of the victim Mamerto Sotto Y Llabres 63 yrs old,
single, of Brgy. Aro-aldow, Nabua, Cam Sur floating at the said river. Investigation
further reveals that the victim was last seen at about 12:00 midnight of
January 18, 2014, while under the influence of liquor. The cadaver of the
victim is now at Estallo Funeral Homes located at Brgy. Dolorosa, Nabua, Cam

Hacking
incident at Ragay, Cam Sur
Ragay, Camarines Sur ---- At about
6:00AM of January 19, 2014, one Ruben Mortel, legal age, widower, farmer a
resident of of Sitio Pinagpala, Bgy. Catabangan Proper, Ragay, Cam Sur was
found inside his residence with multiple hacked wounds at different parts of
his body. Victim was immediately rushed at Ragay District hospital, Ragay, Cam
Sur but was pronounced Dead On Arrival (DOA) by the attending physician. Prior
to the victim impending death, he was able disclosed the names of his
assailants which prompted the Ragay PNP to conduct follow up operation which causes
the apprehension of: (1) Leo Tadje y
Laid, 29 yo, married, farmer and (2)
Ruben Sta. Rosa y Garcia, 32 yo,
fisherman both resident of Sitio Pinagpala, Bgy. Catabangan Proper, Ragay, Cam Sur.
The two (2) accused were presently detained at Ragay MPS for investigation and
proper disposition (Ragay MPS)

Illegal
cockfight at Pili, Cam Sur, 2 persons arrested
Pili, Camarines Sur ---- At about 9:40AM of
January 19, 2014, a team led by PI GREGORIO F BASCUÑA JR of Pili MPS responded to
a reported on-going “Tupada” in Palestina, Pili, Cam Sur and apprehended
suspects: (1) Cesar Catalla y
Navarro, age 47 married of Zone 2 Palestina, Pili, Cam Sur, (2) Jojo Añonuevo y San Agustin, age
24, single of Zone 2 Palestina, Pili Cam sur and (3) a minor age of Zone 4 Palestina, Pili Cam Sur and turned over
four (4) fighting cocks, two of which were attached with Gaff (“Tari”) and
wounded. Initial report of Pili MPS, disclosed that subject persons were
arrested after being involved in an illegal cockfighting activity at the vacant
lot, of Zone 2 Palestina, Pili Cam Sur. That all the other cockfighting
enthusiasts managed to evade arrest from the responding policemen. Appropriate case
is being prepared for filling against the two suspects while the minor
was Turned-over to his parents. (Pili MPS).

la Cruz Y Luna, 33 yrs old, married, of Zone 3, Bgy. Lipot, Milaor, Cam.
Sur by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Rosita L. Lalwani of RTC Br.
28, Naga City, dated June 14, 2013 under Criminal Case Nr. RTC, 12-0511 for
Slight Physical Injury with recommended bail at Php 2, 000.00 for his temporary
liberty. Said arrested person is presently under the custody of Milaor MPS for

San Fernando, Camarines Sur --- At about 11:00AM of January 19, 2014, a team
of San Fernando MPS led by PSI VICTOR E AZUELA, OIC apprehended the person of Joey Buensalida y Factor, at Brgy. Pinamasagan,
San Fernando, Cam Sur by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon Valentin E
Pura Jr., Presiding Judge of RTC Br 23, Naga City for Homicide under CC No.
2010-0251 dated June 7, 2010 with recommended bail bond of Forty Thousand pesos
(Php 40,000.00). Arrested person is now under the custody of San Fernando MPS

Hacking
incident at Goa, Cam Sur
Goa,
Camarines Sur ---- At about 6:50PM of January 19, 2014, Goa
MPS received a telephone from Goa
Municipal Infirmary informing that there was a victim of hacking incident that
was brought to them. Immediately, P02 Ericson P. Dela Vega, duty investigator
proceeded at Goa Municipal Infirmary and conducted interview to the victim Sonny Barcenilla Jr y Binalingbing, 59
y/o, married, residence of Brgy Tabgon, Goa, Cam Sur and disclosed that at
about 4:00 PM of same date, was hacked by an unidentified person at said place from
his behind and right cheek causing him to
sustained hacked wounds. Said incident transpired when he attended the
confirmation celebration at the house of certain Lea Millesca, of aforesaid
place. After eating and drinking spree with the other visitors, said victim
left the place and went to the house of Job Millesca but upon reaching the
place, he had a drinking spree with Dude San Juan and others companion. After a
couple of minutes, he went back to the house of Lea Millesca but upon reaching
the house of Lea Millesca approximately
6 meters away, unexpectedly, for unknown reason, an unidentified male person
hacked him. Suspect fled after the incident. Immediately, he calls for help
from Brgy Kagawad Allan Barcenilla and was brought to Goa Municipal Infirmary
but later referred by the attending physician to Bicol Medical Center for
proper medical attention. Personnel of Goa MPS conducted follow up
investigation and hot pursuit operation for possible identification and
apprehension of the suspect (Goa MPS)

Found
dead person at Libmanan, Cam Sur
Libmanan,
Camarines Sur ---- At about
7:20PM of January 19, 2014 in Zone 6, Brgy. Bigajo Norte, Libmanan, Cam Sur,
one Racquel Consulta y Busmente,
more or less 60 years old, widow, and a resident of aforesaid place, was found
dead while covered with a plastic tarpaulin by her boarder Alma Ferrer y
Castro, 37 yrs. old, married also of said place, due to stinking smell inside
the residence of the victim. Victim was last seen alive by her daughter,
Lorelyn Consulta-Lomot, 33 yrs. old, married, also of same place last January
17, 2014 at around 11:00 a.m. in Brgy. Poblacion, Libmanan Cam Sur. Request for
Autopsy/Necropsy was already made by Libmanan MPS to establish the cause of

Camarines Sur --- A case for Violation of RA 8294 as amended by
R.A. 10591 (An Act Providing for
Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition and Providing Penalties for
Violations Thereof), was already filed against Celestino Ferrer y Mallorca, 54 years old, widower, a resident of
Sitio Uguis 1, Brgy San Isidro, Libmanan, Cam Sur under Inquest No.
V-10_INQ-13A-0022, at the Provincial Prosecution Office, Cam. Sur, before the
inquest Prosecutor Wenifredo G. Pornillos, Jr dated January 18, 2014 thereafter
filed at OCC, RTC, Libmanan, Cam Sur docketed under CC# L-5457 with recommended
bail bond fixed at Php 200, 000.00. Incident transpired last January 17, 2014, wherein
the Libmanan PNP served the Search Warrant issued by Honorable Judge Irma
Isidora M. Boncodin-Zamudio to the house and its immediate premises of Celestino Ferrer which resulted to the confiscation
of: (1.) one (1) cal. 38 revolver
handgun TM Smith and Wesson with SN 11095; (2.)
One (1) cal. 22 revolver handgun without serial number; (3.) One (1) cal. 22 rifle TM STAR FARCO with SN 14792; (4.) Nine (9) pcs. Live ammunition for
cal. 38; (5.) One (1) pc. empty
shell for cal. 38; and (6.) Three
(3) pcs. Live ammunition for cal. 22. (Libmanan MPS).
