Joint team nails a kidnapper and rescue 2 children in Polangui after being abducted in Balatan and extorting 150K for food..

Camarines Sur --- Two children were rescued in Albay by joint teams of Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO), under the supervision of POLICE SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT WALFREDO GIMPAYA PORNILLOS, OIC, after a lone suspect abducted the children and tries to extort money to the parent early morning yesterday of April 16, 2015 in Batatan, of this province.

The two children who were identified as brother and sister, John Carl and Mae Aborquez y Buena, 4 and 3 yrs old respectively, were abducted by a suspect identified as Edison Orasa y Luvijoro, 21 yrs old, with live-in partner, resident of Brgy. San Vicente, Iriga City, cousin of the children’s mother, Angeline Buena y Molina, 28 yrs old, with live-in partner, resident of Zone 7 Brgy Duran, Balatan of this province.

According to Police Senior Inspector Christopher F Aduviso, Acting Chief of Police of Balatan MPS, the incident transpired at about 6:00 in the morning of April 16, 2015, when a witness saw Orasa carrying the two children on board a jeepney heading towards  Nabua, of this province, that led for the witness to informed the mother Ms Buena and seek police assistance.

PNP personnel of Balatan MPS immediately responded going to Nabua for a possible rescue operation, at about 9:24 AM of April 16, 2015. And, while on transit, Ms Buena received a text message from Orasa as reads; Kung gusto mo makita ang anak mo maghanda ka ng 150,000 amu dawa magsumbong ika sa pulis hindi ako takot”. Suspect initial demand is for the food of his two captive minors.

PNP operatives led by PSI Aduviso tracks the location of the given Smart Padala Reference Number, and forms a team compose of Iriga City Police, CIDG Cam. Sur and Balatan MPS, and conduct briefing and  proceeds to Polangui, Albay  and successfully captures the suspect Orasa, at about 12:00 noon of April 16, 2015, waiting infront of the Smart Padala outlet with the two abducted minors, who were positively identified by mother Ms. Buena.


Suspect was arrested and is under the custody of Balatan MPS for filing appropriate charges for Kidnapping and failure to return a minor ### (CSPPO-PIO)

2 robbers, nab in Quezon province, seizing FA’s,“Shabu”, stolen motorcycles


Ragay, Camarines Sur --- The Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO) under the supervision of POLICE SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT WALFREDO GUIMPAYA PORNILLOS, OIC, incessant effort in neutralizing criminality, zeroing on criminal groups involved in robbery hold-up, arrested two suspected robbers yesterday, April 9, 2015, while in hot pursuit operation in Quezon province.

The two suspected robbers were identified as Romeo Bardagoza y Eripol (in the photo), 28 yrs old, and Reymark Brozola y Managad (in the photo) 18 yrs old, both single, and residents of Bgy. GRS, Ragay, Cam Sur, were arrested by PNP operatives of Ragay MPS led by Police Inspector Jorgelito Bergonio Alforte, OIC, during a hot pursuit operation relative to the robbery incident that transpired last 11:00 AM of April 7, 2015 in Bgy. Port Junction Sur, of this town. The victim, identified as Avtar Malhi y Singh, an Indian National, while on his way home from his “loan shark” business, was flagged-down at gunpoint, by three malefactors wearing helmets, bonnets, and riding in two getaway motorcycles without Plate # and carting away cash money of One Thousand Five Hundred (1,500.00) pesos and his riding motorcycle Honda XRM color black silver with temporary Plate No. 052410 (in the photo). The 3 suspects fled to the northern parts of the highway.

According to PI Alforte, Bardagoza was nabbed in Bgy. Sta. Maria, Calauag, Quezon at about 11:00 AM, and while on follow-up operation, arrested Brozola in Tagkawayan, Quezon at about 1:30 PM of April 9, 2015,

Confiscated from Bardagoza were a cal. 38 revolver w/out Serial No. with 2 live  ammos and, an improvised 12 gauge pistol with one live ammounition for the same caliber; and one plastic sachet containing  suspected “Shabu”, while from Brozola were a cal .22 revolver with 5 live ammos for the same caliber and the stolen motorcycle Honda XRM which was forcibly taken from the victim  was also recovered from the suspects.










Appropriate criminal charges of Robbery, violation of RA 9165 "Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002". and RA 10591 “Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act”. are being prepared by Ragay MPS against the two suspects for filing in court###(CSPPO-PIO)

Cam Sur PNP donates their precious blood

Concepcion Grande, Naga City--- A bloodletting activity was conducted in Andaya Hall, Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO), Naga City, spearheaded under the leadership of POLICE SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT PRIMO BERICO GOLINGAY, Officer in Charge, at about 8: 00 AM of February 14, 2015. The activity was in coordination with the Blood Bank and Transfusion Services of Bicol Medical Center, Naga City, and was dubbed as “Dugong Pulis, alay ko sa inyo”, participated by PNP and NUP personnel; members of BPAT’s (Brgy Police Action Team); Criminology students from Partido State College of Goa, Cam Sur; Brgy Tanods and Unified Intelligence Group (UIG) of the province.
The activity was participated by more or less 74 contributors, who donated their precious blood, and ended at about 2:30 PM of February 14, 2015, with a total estimated volume of 33,300 cc of blood collected by the blood bank###(CSPPO-PIO)
