One nabbed on SW seizing illegal drugs, gun and ammos in Camarines Sur

Nabua, Camarines Sur --- Early dawn,  operatives of Nabua PNP, Provincial Intelligence Branch of Camarines Sur Prov’l Police Office (CSPPO-PIB) and Camarines Sur Provincial Public Safety Company (CSPPSC), led by Police Chief Inspector Ruben Dalit Padua Jr, Acting Chief of Police, implemented 2 Search Warrants (SW) # IR-2014-38 for violation RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) and SW # IR 2014-39 for violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) issued by Judge Timoteo A Panga Jr of RTC Br 60, Iriga City dtd Nov 24, 2014 at the residence of Julian Beltrano y Ramirez, 43 yrs old, in Zone 5, San Antonio Poblacion, Nabua, Cam Sur, at about 6:00 AM of November 29, 2014, leading to the arrest of suspect and confiscation of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia and loose firearm and ammos as follows: one plastic sachet containing suspected Shabu, one matchbox containing four live ammunition for caliber .45; one matchbox containing one live ammunition for caliber .45; one (1) gray shoulder bag with marking “lovely cat” containing one rolled aluminum foil; four rolled aluminum foil used as improvised tooter; one .22 caliber firearm with four live ammunition for caliber .22, one (1) stainless surgical forceps and one stainless surgical scissors.

Markings and physical inventories of all seized items were witnessed by the three mandatory witnesses and the arrested suspect was apprised of his constitutional rights and was brought to Nabua Police Station including the seized items for proper disposition. The police station is on the process of documenting the case for filing appropriate charges in court.


The evidences will be forwarded to the issuing court of origin prior turnover of the suspected “shabu” and caliber .22 firearm and several ammunitions to the Crime Laboratory Office for laboratory and ballistic examinations### (Nabua MPS)
